Pastor Peter McHugh

Peter and Lyn have been the Senior Ministers at Stairway, (Melbourne) since its inception in 1990. After becoming followers of Jesus in 1982 while separated, they experienced the incredible grace and love of God, who brought them back together and launched them on the adventure of a lifetime. They have three incredible children and are now the proud grandparents of eight grandchildren. Peter is highly regarded both nationally and internationally, for his love for the Body of Christ and in particular, his heart for Pastors. He has become a spiritual father to many, walking with leaders and speaking life into their communities. Lyn carries a passion for prayer and has significant prophetic insight into the plans and purposes for Stairway and our community. Both Peter and Lyn have responded to the call of God to position themselves and Stairway as a people who value the Presence of God, who love well and who express love for our community in a tangible way.

Evangelism In Australia (Director)

Pastor Tina Waldrom

Tina has been involved in the work of evangelism and mission for almost 3 decades. Her recognized work has been with churches, bible colleges and Christian organisations to strengthen and bring strategic focus to the area of evangelism. She is a gifted educator and communicator who sees the shifts needed for effective evangelism. Tina is currently speaking, training and consulting in various settings with the goal to help every believer become more evangelistic: to encourage all things 'outward' in Australia.

Pastor Ian Kruithoff

Ian is the full‐time Church Growth Director, coordinating Church Planting & Church Health in Victoria, for Australian Christian Churches. He has been a pastor in the ACC for almost forty years, including 25 years as a senior minister. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in starting, growing, and bringing health to churches.
