Matthew Jarlett

Following the completion of his Bachelor of Arts (Biblical Studies), Matthew assumed Vocational Education Course Supervisor role with Harvest Bible College. Matthew has continued his studies completing Graduate Diploma in Arts, Classical Studies and Archaeology.

Rachael Jones

Rachael is currently employed through the federally funded National Schools Chaplaincy Student Wellbeing Program (NSCSWP), as a College Chaplain in a suburban secondary school in Melbourne. .Rachael is a trained Social Worker who assists students, staff and parents with social issues. Her commitment to the local church will inspire you.

Tim Johnson

Tim is currently serving as a Director, Tanti Park Social Enterprises. Tim has a passion and commitment to those on the margins, and a deep faith and theological understanding of God's work of redemption and reconciliation with creation. Together with his wife Cath and their friends, they live life and love people as part of a missional community on the Mornington Peninsula. Previously Tim Johnson, Head of Community Engagement Tearfund Australia. Tearfund is a Christian-based organisation that focuses on alleviating the suffering of the most marginalised and exploited members of the global community. He has also worked in pastoral ministry for over six years pioneering a network of youth ministries centred on engaging with kids in their local community.

CEO of ZOE Foundation

David Cross

David is the CEO of ZOE Foundation (Australia), Manager of Child Protection (Thailand) and assists with Strategic Planning (ZOE International). David is passionate about the rescue and long-term well being of children, he and his wife Andrea along with their children, moved to Thailand in 2010 to become field workers with ZOE Thailand on a volunteer basis. Managing Child Protection, David works to ensure that all the children at ZOE are continually looked after and protected in the best possible way. He trains staff, volunteers, visitors and the children, on an ongoing basis, about relevant safety and protection issues. David also oversees the implementation of projects and programs funded by ZOE Foundation Australia to assist in the task of combating human trafficking. Prior to joining ZOE, David owned and managed a business in Melbourne, Australia. For 16 years, he used his position in business to practically and financially support Australian children, through specialised children’s camps and foster care. He was also a volunteer foster care parent for children in need of respite, emergency care, and short-term placements. David graduated with a Commerce degree with majors in Management and Marketing at Deakin University. David functions in dual roles as CEO of ZFA and a field worker in Thailand. David currently earns a salary from ZFA that is drawn from both designated donations and other funds from ZFA.
