Pastor Dale Stephenson

Pastor Dale has been Senior Pastor of Crossway since January 2008. Known as an innovative and positive leader, Dale is a gifted preacher and teacher with a high respect for God’s Word, a proactive passion for evangelism and a strong commitment to equipping Christian leaders. Dale was previously Senior Pastor at New Peninsula Baptist Church (1996–2007). He is married to Edi and they have four adult children.

Pastor Wayne Swift

Wayne and Ruth have a passion for reaching lost people with the gospel of Jesus and seeing people become all that God intended them to be. They have been in ministry together for 30 years and have led Resound Church, (Melbourne) since 1998. In addition to leading Resound Church, Wayne serves as the National Leader of the Acts Global Churches while Ruth is a Network Leader overseeing and supporting many churches and pastors across the denomination. Wayne & Ruth have four daughters who are actively involved in Resound Church.

Pastor Peter McHugh

Peter and Lyn have been the Senior Ministers at Stairway, (Melbourne) since its inception in 1990. After becoming followers of Jesus in 1982 while separated, they experienced the incredible grace and love of God, who brought them back together and launched them on the adventure of a lifetime. They have three incredible children and are now the proud grandparents of eight grandchildren. Peter is highly regarded both nationally and internationally, for his love for the Body of Christ and in particular, his heart for Pastors. He has become a spiritual father to many, walking with leaders and speaking life into their communities. Lyn carries a passion for prayer and has significant prophetic insight into the plans and purposes for Stairway and our community. Both Peter and Lyn have responded to the call of God to position themselves and Stairway as a people who value the Presence of God, who love well and who express love for our community in a tangible way.
