Ps Malcolm and Karen MacLeod are visionary leaders with a love for people. They have a strong desire to see people grow in Christ through the fulfillment of the Great Commission: “Go make disciples…” This desire to help people grow is coupled with a burden for leaders. They have a heart for the Kingdom, equipping pastors and leading leaders to achieve their full potential in ministry to the body of Christ. Ps Malcolm has been Senior Minister of Equip Church (originally Werribee AOG) since 1989. He has lead the church through land purchases, building projects, multiple services, multiple services sites and a host of community programs. His mantra is “to make strong Christians to serve God through the world”
