  • Communicate vision to others in a way that takes into account motivational theories, Christian ethics and the articulated vision, including a vision document produced in accordance with contemporary vision casting models

  • Develop a team to help achieve an objective utilising appropriate leadership styles and methods including constructive feedback and conflict management

  • Integrate leadership behaviour with theological reflection including evaluation and modification of the leader's interactions and addressing the challenges of leadership
